the topoXpress GIS & Survey app you agree to this
privacy policy. Read them carefully before using the software.
TopoLnyx Software Ltd. built the topoXpress GIS & Survey app as a Freemium app. This
SERVICE is provided by TopoLnyx Software Ltd. at no
cost and is intended for use as is.
"TopoLynx" is TopoLnyx Software Ltd. (H-9730 Kõszeg, Bertalan Erzsébet u. 10/2., Hungary).
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the
collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal
Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We
will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this
Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same
meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at topoXpress GIS & Survey (http://topolynx.hu/license.html)
unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is valid for both registered and
unregistered Users of our Service.
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may
require you to provide us with certain information which are personally
identifiable. The information that we request will be retained by us and used
as described in this privacy policy. See the Crash Log Data section for further
information.
Our Service is data collector application. The Service
can record geographical positions, audio notes, photos and other data only on
User request. This data is called User recorded data. The User recorded data is
stored locally on the User’s device without encryption. The Service does not
publish any of these User recorded data to third parties without the permission
of the User. In case of data publishing the transfer is done on secured
channels. See Security of your personal information section for further
details.
Our Service provides a built-in data backup service for
registered Users on request. When the User agree to backup
the User recorded data to our storage, the data is transmitted on secure
channels to our hosted servers. The User recorded data that we backup will be
retained by us; no third party can access it by default. Only the User can give
permission to share the backed-up data with third parties.

We want to
inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app
we collect data and information on your device called Crash Log Data. This
Crash Log Data may include information such as your operating system version,
list of previously used functions in the app when utilizing our Service, the
time and date of your use of the Service.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal
Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of
protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet,
or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot
guarantee its absolute security.
When we transmit highly confidential information (such as
passwords or User recorded data) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) protocol. A password is used to help protect your accounts and
personal information, it is your responsibility to
keep your password confidential. Do not share your
with anyone. If you are sharing your device with anyone, you should always
choose to log out before leaving our Service to protect access to your
information from subsequent users.
If you share your device with a third party, the locally
stored, non-encrypted User recorded data can be exposed to anyone. If you are
not willing to share your data this way, make sure to remove all the User
recorded data of our Service before sharing your device with anyone.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are
commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser
from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal
memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly.
However, the app may use third party code that use “cookies” to collect
information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or
refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If
you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of
this Service.
We may employ
third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children
under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with
personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a
parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with
personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary
actions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus,
you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will
